Medical
Technology

We bring together experts from science and engineering to develop various healthcare products and systems, including instrument, apparatus, and bio/nanomaterials.

Why it matters?

Efficient delivery of care, by any means (for instance, drugs, instruments, appliances, and services), are important in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Medical technology has been vastly used to assist these professionals, from creating new materials (bio-/nano-) to designing a suitable system for the drug's delivery, from developing simple medical devices to advanced equipments.

Our research focuses on the development of new materials, tailored diagnostics devices for better preventive measures, and many more. We believe that medical technology may simplify administrative functions, lower patient’ costs, increase access to care, and improve the overall delivery of healthcare.
